- _ Location_: RA Mines, Rajasthan_
- _ Education_: University Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience_
- _ Work Experience_ - _Minimum 5 years of relevant experience_
- Job Description:_
- Responsibilities/Key Result Areas:_
1. Plans and defines inventory of site based stocks to support business in decision making.

2. Analyzes and manages inventory levels for critical and slow moving stocks.

3. Develops and maintains inputs to inventory system and supports assigned areas for system parameters.

4. Develops and defines store inventory management processes, methods and tools within own area of responsibility.

5. Liaises with relevant stakeholders to ensure cross-functional operations are completed according to business needs.

6. Ensure site people adopt correct & safe practice

7. Keep tab on customer outstanding (Parts & AMC)

8. Judging the warranty replacement before sending claim to HO.

Involve during commissioning of the machine & plan further action (such as parts, training etc.)

9. Increasing the customer satisfaction level.

10. Monthly meeting with team & understanding the support required & also discuss about company goals.

11. Ensure that the workplace environment is as per the safety norms.

12. Any other jobs assigned by Normet management from time to time as per business needs.
