Siamo alla ricerca di un **Facility and General Service Assistant** (M/F/d) per supportare il nostro team Facility e Real Estate ad **Agrate Brianza (Monza).**

**Principali responsabilità**:
**Gestione dell'edificio**
- Seguire i fornitori di beni e servizi come definiti nel contratto.
- Esecuzione di progetti di sviluppo dello stabile.
- Seguire il programma di manutenzione ordinaria dello stabile.
- Follow-up documentale gestionale della Pubblica Amministrazione.

**Gestione delle sedi Applied Materials di Agrate e Catania**
- Seguire il programma di manutenzione ordinaria
- presentare ordini d’acquisto per fornitori esistenti/nuovi
- Seguire i fornitori di beni e servizi come definiti nei contratti siglati
- Richiesta di preventivi per l'acquisto di articoli per ufficio

**Servizi generali**
- Definizione di nuovi accordi di hotel, residence, ristoranti, ecc.
- Gestione del contratto di noleggio auto e relative prenotazioni
- Identificazione e fornitura di segnaletica e gadget
- Organizzazione di eventi comuni (eventi estivi, eventi natalizi, ecc.)
- Catering per eventi interni
- Company Cars - contratto di noleggio a lungo termine con Flotte
- Gestione delle auto in pool e follow-up in caso di riparazione
- Presentazione CAR per auto a noleggio a lungo termine

We are looking for a **Facility and General Service Assistant** (M/F/d) to support our Facility and Real Estate team in Agrate Brianza (Monza).

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Building management**
- Follow up suppliers of goods and services as defined in the contract
- Follow up ordinary maintenance program
- Follow up documents managements of Public Administration

**Management of Amat offices Agrate & Catania**
- Follow up ordinary maintenance program
- submit purchase order for existing/new suppliers
- Follow up suppliers of goods and services as defined in the contract
- asks for quotations for office goods purchases

**General Services**
- Definition of new agreement of hotels, residences, restaurants, etc.
- Management of car rental contract with Avis Italy / ALD and relevant reservations
- Signage and gadgets identification and supply
- Common events organization (summer events, Xmas event, etc)
- Catering for internal events
- Company Cars - long term rental contract with Fleets and HR
- Management of pool cars and follow up in case of repair
- CAR submission for long term rental cars

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Highschool Diploma or University Degree.
