**Job Description** Eurofins NSC Italia** is seeking an experienced **Tax Manager **with a solid business background and who is fluent in both Italian and English (compulsory). The work location is in Vimodrone, in Milan’s North-East area, easily accessible by transportation (M2).

**Activities**
- Preparation of periodic and annual tax declarations (drafting the Income Tax model for legal entities, communication and VAT declarations, preparation of Single Certifications, drafting the 770 model, etc.);
- Management of issues related to withholding tax on national and international transactions;
- Finance supervision in compliance with tax regulations and assistance in the preparation of minor tax reporting (Esterometro, Intra, quarterly settlement, etc.);
- Management of local tax consolidations and related contracts;
- Identification and management of tax risks based on national legislations;
- Annual update of Transfer Price documentation, including individual local files and related modules;
- Management of tax audits at company headquarters: preparation of documentation requested by the Tax Agency or the Guardia di Finanza, meetings with officials for daily report review;
- Calculation of local taxes and deferred taxation;
- Tax assistance to the Administration and Budget function (accounting for tax funds, analysis of deferred taxes, analysis of related contracts);
- Communication management with the central Tax office of the group and the preparation of Tax reporting;
- Participation in tax due diligence for extraordinary operations;
- Tax planning activities in coordination with the group's tax office;
- Cooperation in the development of group tax strategies;
- Consultancy in the field of national taxation for companies within the perimeter;
- Supervision of tax litigation: management of practices related to Enforcement Orders, Communications from the Revenue Agency and Appeals, through contacts with legal professionals and direct communication with Revenue Agency officials;
- Analysis and management of business flows related to the day-to-day tax compliance of client companies;
- Preparation of opinions on domestic and international corporate tax matters;
- Supervision of corporate transformations: analysis, feasibility study from a tax perspective;
- Maintenance of documentation relevant for tax purposes.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field. A master's degree or certification in taxation can be beneficial.
- Fluent in both English and Italian (compulsory).
- Strong knowledge of Italian tax legislation and an understanding of international tax principles.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing various tax declarations and reports.
- Experience in dealing with both national and international tax issues, especially in a corporate context.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting practices.
- Ability to provide strategic tax planning and advice to support business objectives.
- Experience in handling tax audits and managing relationships with tax authorities.
