Umana S.p.A. cerca 1 TEMPORARY PRODUCTION MANAGERS per un’importante azienda del settore Legno e Arredo. Ti occuperai della gestione e programmazione della produzione, avendo un ruolo chiave nel project management e nella supply chain. Sarai responsabile di coordinare e supervisionare tutte le fasi del processo produttivo, garantendo l'efficienza e l'ottimizzazione dei processi. Avrai inoltre il compito di gestire il team di produzione, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e degli standard qualitativi.

Responsabilità:

- Gestione e supervisione del processo produttivo: sarai responsabile di garantire l'efficienza e l'ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi.
- Project management: dovrai coordinare e gestire i progetti di produzione, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e degli standard qualitativi.
- Gestione del team di produzione: avrai il compito di gestire e motivare il team di produzione, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e produttivo.
- Supply chain management: sarai responsabile della gestione della catena di fornitura, garantendo un flusso efficiente di materiali e prodotti.

Requisiti:

- Laurea magistrale o specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
- Esperienza di almeno 7 anni in ruoli di gestione della produzione.
- Competenze avanzate in project management e supply chain management.
- Capacità di gestire e motivare un team di produzione.
- Ottime competenze organizzative e di problem solving.
- Conoscenza dei principi di lean manufacturing e di ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi.
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
