Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

**Partner with the best**

As AeroGas Turbine Service Product Manager you will be responsible to cooperate to define the product strategy with the Senior ADGT Product Leader for the Gas Technology Service organization.

As a AeroGas Turbine Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Being the reference point across organization for all strategic initiatives relevant his/her product line
- Cooperating with Upgrades Growth & Strategy leader, Platforms and Upgrades team to define the overall Upgrades strategy
- Cooperating with Platforms, Sales and DTI functions to define the investment plan driving the development of business cases
- Driving the LRP process for ADGT product line managing the NPD budget and defining the long-term strategy
- Driving the execution of NPD programs with GE Aerospace and in agreement to BH NPD process
- Cooperating with Aero Alliance JV and Service Repair Product Leader to define the repair strategy

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Experienced with NPD process and IET product line
- Product experience across IET fleet for product and services related to our key technologies
- Strong technical knowledge of a gas turbines
- Knowledge of IET market dynamics & customer processes
- Self-starter, results oriented
- Languages: English and Italian fluency
- Availability for frequent traveling
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong networking skills: able to align and engage regions on a shared vision
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
