As part of our ongoing expansion and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial strategy of our company and ensuring its long-term financial success on an international scale. Reporting directly to the CEOs, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing valuable insights to shape our company’s financial direction.

**Main Tasks and Activities**:
Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact the company’s financial performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing strategic financial recommendations.

Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee and review all financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other key financial metrics.
- Interpret financial data, present meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure financial health and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management and Compliance
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and risk management procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and investments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws in multiple international jurisdictions.
- Mitigate financial risks and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

International Finance Operations
- Manage and optimize financial operations across multiple international offices, considering currency fluctuations, tax implications, and cross-border transactions.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, foreign exchange, and international banking relationships.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and conduct financial due diligence to assess their viability and alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
- Lead negotiations and financial structuring for potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships.

Investor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company’s financial performance and future prospects to investors and potential funding partners.

Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team’s success.
- Proven track record as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership position within an international software or technology-oriented company.
- Strong understanding of the software industry and its financial dynamics.
- Extensive experience in strategic financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international finance, including cross-border transactions, taxation, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the aptitude to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated success in managing financial operations, risk, and compliance in a multinational setting.
- Experience in negotiating and executing M&A transactions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA qualification is a plus.
