Fornirà inoltre supporto al team su progetti strategici chiave in modo ben organizzato e tempestivo.
**Nello specifico si occuperà di**:
Supporta la funzione Global D&
I a implementare strategie e progetti di comunicazione interna ed esterna e a fornire comunicazioni informative e stimolanti
Supportare la pianificazione del calendario annuale dei contenuti di comunicazione
Supportare l'esperto del progetto Global D&
I nell'aiutare a realizzare le priorità strategiche chiave
Gestire e monitorare gli strumenti di engagement &
communication (es. Intranet)
Portare in modo proattivo idee e contribuire attivmente alla creazione di contenuti per iniziative interne ed esterne
Organizzare eventi e workshop di engagement e networking per spingere e dare vita a delle idee (idee e progetti strategici bottom - up)
Fornire supporto ai team Digital &
Innovation e facilitarecomunicazioni interne efficaci
Raccogliere dati, informazioni e richieste al fine di produrre e condividere presentazioni e report
Mantenere i contatti con gli stakeholder della funzione Global sia interni interni (Global Functions, Countries, linee di business ecc) che esterni (università, start-up, fornitori, ecc.)
Requisiti;
Laurea triennale (preferibilmente in comunicazione o marketing);
Esperienza pregressa mínima di 1 anno all'interno di agenzie di comunicazione
Inglese fluente (C1)
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office;
Doti organizzative e di precisione
Buone capacità di comunicazione sia verbale che scritta, ottime capacità di narrazione con forte attenzione ai dettagli
Curiosità,pensiero reattivo, flessibilità e creatività
Passione per il marketing, la comunicazione e le relazioni interpersonali
Capacità di multitasking e capacità di dare priorità al carico di lavoro giornaliero
Offerta Contrattuale
Contratto a tempo indeterminato, la RAL sarà commisurata in base all’esperienza.

full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 18.00, possibilità di smartworking.
