We are looking for an **experienced Strategic Planner** with a remarkable **fusion of media** expertise, **creative** flair, and a **business**-driven mentality.
**Descrizione del lavoro**
- Plan and implement offline media planning strategies on: radio, press, TV, CTV and posters
- Work closely with the campaign management team to develop media plans in line with established objectives and budget.
- Analyze data on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement, in line with Starcom's and the client's data-driven approach
- Manage and maintain an effective communication flow with suppliers and creative agencies, to carry out tasks such as: material requests, final balance sheets
- Constantly monitor market trends and new opportunities offered by offline media, to guarantee the innovation and effectiveness of the proposed strategies

**Qualifiche**
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in the role of Media Planner, preferably in advertising or media agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of offline media and related evaluation metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and preferably also in English
- Familiarity with media planning and analysis software, such as Kubik, Adbox, Excel and similar.
