You support our team as

**Planning Specialist**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and update the project timeline, coordinating the team across the different steps of the project and ensuring the consistency with the official planning shared with the BoM and clients.
- Update and monitor on a weekly basis all project KPIs, with the freedom to propose new monitoring and reporting methods to make the PM approach more and more robust over time.
- Own and control all the documentation related to the project status, including presentations for Gate Review meetings and updates with the BoM.
- Identify gaps between planned and actual data and decide if / when to escalate program issues to the Sr. Program Manager to guarantee their prompt resolution and avoiding impact on the project milestones.
- Join meetings with all FST’s depts. and clients, being able to govern the entire project scenario and be proactive in proposing solutions to project issues and process improvement ideas.
- Collect all lessons learned related to project planning and implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering fields or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role for OEMs or tier-1 suppliers.
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Knowledge of French and German languages is considered as a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel first).
- Availability to travel abroad (approximately 10% of the time)
- Keywords to succeed: good team spirit, robust method, quick proactivity, results-oriented approach, willingness to learn
