**Project Manager Efficienza Energetica**

La risorsa sarà inserita nell’Ufficio Tecnico e sarà responsabile dell'erogazione del servizio di riqualificazione energetica garantendo la qualità e la performance técnica della commessa supervisionando l'andamento delle attività e delle risorse e assicurando la soddisfazione del cliente.

Principali attività e responsabilità:

- Sviluppare analisi di fattibilità tecnico-economica dei lavori di efficientamento energetico, da realizzare nell’ambito del contratto;
- Sviluppare le soluzioni tecniche e gestionali (lavori/servizi) più adeguate rispetto alle richieste del cliente ed alla fattibilità economica dell’iniziativa individuandone le relative prestazioni energetiche;
- Coordinare ed eseguire i sopralluoghi necessari;
- Gestire la preventivazione dei costi in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Acquisti;
- Coordinare le aziende installatrici in fase di realizzazione del cantiere dallo start-up fino alla fase di commissioning delle opere (supervisione di tutte le attività autorizzative, coordinamento dei vari fornitori coinvolti sia per la parte di approvvigionamento del materiale, che per la parte di installazione impiantistica).

Capacità richieste:

- Buona conoscenza delle tematiche relative alla predisposizione e redazione di offerte nell’ambito sia di appalti pubblici che di clienti privati;
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informativi (soprattutto Google Suite, pacchetto Microsoft Office - AUTOCAD);
- Ottime doti relazionali e predisposizione al teamworking, interazione propositiva e attitudine a relazionarsi con differenti funzioni aziendali;
- Proattività e spirito d’iniziativa.
