We are seeking a skilled **Digital Data Analyst **to join our Global Digital Marketing team.
As a Digital Data Analyst, you will support the Global Data & Strategy Manager in becoming a focal point for all digital marketing data related needs and activities within the Company. You will ease the access to data and insights to the digital team and other involved stakeholder with a set of reports and analysis.
You will contribute with technical know-how to the improvement of reporting and dashboarding system, becoming a partner with external agency in supporting the data collection process in order to ensure data reliability and consistency.

**What will your day-by-day mission be?**
- Work with other digital marketing team members to optimize running projects and thrill all other teams with the data collected.
- Define analytics objectives, criteria and structure for each touchpoint and campaign analysis to identify improvement areas.
- Run compelling analysis, with clear insights, to ease the access to the main digital achievements and to ease the understanding of activities performance.
- Create and review existing dashboards and reports in order to automate and reduce manual solution and one-off requests.
- Support external agency in setting up and maintain tracking on the web site to ensure all necessary data is captured, with a specific focus on new projects, campaigns and website features.
- Update and review marketing documents accordingly to actual results and data collected.
- Daily engage with HQ stakeholders and local digital marketing teams to show them performance results of their activities.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- 2/4 years of experience as a Digital Analyst, preferibly within consultancy companies. Experience in E-commerce/digital business will be considered as plus
- Strong knowledge of the main Web Analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis
- Strong familiarity with Data Visualization solutions and techniques.
- Excellent critical analytic thinking skills, passionate about innovating, structured in the approach with marked dynamic attitude and spirit of initiative
- Be curious about the ever-evolving analytics space, continued self-development and knowledge building
