**MANIN**

Our monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born. It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands. Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category collections.

**THE ROLE**

New Guards Group is looking for a Production Intern to join the Production team. You will support in monitoring the production calendar to meet deadlines, preparing technical sheets, and tracking samples. You will report to the Compliance & Production Developer and support new product integration with studies, documentation, and development of manufacturing processes, boosting the implementation of new strategies, and improving existing ones.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist with the development of production sheets as needed
- Assist with day-to-day contact with factories and guarantee both quality and quantity expectations are met
- Ensure all samples are received on time and prepare deliveries to factories and suppliers
- Support manufacturers with technical issues during production.
- Support in pre-production sample organization, following up with vendors and updating factory packing lists
- Check samples to improve the fit before launching the production
- Monitor and accurately analyze the progress of assigned orders
- Support in analyzing weekly production flows to anticipate issues

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven interest for the fashion and luxury industry, an interest in Eyewear is a plus
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
- Knowledge and use of Apache or other production softwares is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Great team player with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Italian and English, this will be tested in the selection process
