**About the Role**:
We are happy to share that we have recurrent job opportunities for passionate **Engineering Graduates**, as we have been permanently recruiting talents for our positions as **Shift Operative Leader** based in our plants in **Northern Italy (Alba CN or Pozzuolo Martesana MI)**

This will be the **starting point **of an exciting career in our dynamic and challenging **Operations function**, that will enable you to consolidate both technical and managerial skills for a **brilliant path in Ferrero**

**Main Responsibilities**:
As a **Shift Operative Leader**, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of **Production and Human Resources management**.

In particular, you will support the** execution of the production**, coordinating the **line team **in operational activitiesand ensuring the presence and the **optimization of production factors** on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).

Ensuring that **safety standards **(both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing the **Continuous Improvement initiatives**.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your university **Master's Degree background in Engineering** or equivalent and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in other **Manufacturing companies**.

You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of **production processes and interpersonal and management skills.**

Your desire for** international mobility** will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.

As a good communicator, **your fluency in both Italian and English** will be key to perform in our environment.

As a focal point in the production process,** you will work on shifts**.
