What you’ll do:

- You will join the team of Sustainability & ESG reporting and in particular in the business / management Institutional Affairs and Communication reporting directly to Alessia Silvestro, Sustainability & ESG reporting Senior Manager.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the sustainability reporting of Sisal Group and toward the Parent Company Flutter, especially in the social dimensions; in supporting in design and implementation of initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening Sisal positioning on Community (e.g. WeDo volunteering initiatives, international CSR projects, social impact projects) and DEI (providing guidance from best practices, working groups/peer learning groups, etc.); in developing sustainability communication and narratives for different corporate touch points (Sustainability Report, website, social media, internal communication); in providing support for addressing ESG requests and questionnaires (e.g. ESG rating agencies, UN Global Compact Communication on Progress).

Who you are:

- You have a degree in economics, engineering or other degree but with a master or specialization in sustainability;
- You have excellent knowledge of sustainability frameworks and legislations (e.g. GRI standards, social impact, DEI frameworks, CSRD); powerpoint suite to deliver effective contents and narrative; excel suite to manage scorecard and database;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You are proactive, organised, flexible, focus on target, keen to details, curious, pragmatic and with a problem solver attitude;
- You know how to develop CSR projects (e.g. corporate volunteering initiatives, collaboration with NGOs), communicate effectively both internally and externally, manage projects (leveraging on cross functional working groups if needed), perform benchmarking to identify new ideas and best practices, work in team also with other functions, propose solutions, meeting deadlines and achieving the targets set.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in digital company; CSR international projects (e.g. corporate volunteering initiatives, collaboration with NGOs);
- Basic knowledge of French.
