**Client Description**:
Per azienda cliente, leader di mercato settore Lusso, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Technical Assistance Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Risposta técnica e gestione Clienti diretta
- Attivazione dei centri assistenza e gestione degli stessi
- Controllo del budget e fatture con eventuali rapporti tecnici
- Uso di SAP/QUARTA (software Qualità) e del pacchetto Office
- Lettura disegni tecnici

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma tecnico o Laurea Ingegneria Meccanica
- Ottima conoscenza delle lingua Inglese
- Buona conoscenza del disegno meccanico
- Conoscenze informatiche base
- Predisposizione a lavorare in Team
- Predisposizione ai rapporti personali
- Ottima gestione del problem-solving
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
