The _Billing Analytics Coordinator_ for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible _for _
- _Sales contracts billing management in Oracle ERP._
- _ Billing execution from invoice to disputed resolution. _
- _Perform contract compliance analysis _

This position is part of the Billing and Analytics Department located in _Milan (Cassina de’ Pecchi) _and will be onsite, with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the _Billing and Analytics team_ and report to the Business Analysis Manager responsible for processing the billing and sales analysis sales for Italy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Process customers billings and invoicing. Investigate and resolve reported Disputed Invoices. Handle customer inquiries, taking ownership and responsibility to ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations. Performe contract analysis to ensure compliance with contract duties. Contribute to processes Daily Management ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives. _

The essential requirements of the job include:

- _ Italian and English fluent_
- _ High proficiency in Excel and/or wiliness to improve it._
- _ Display a willingness to do whatever it takes to “get it done” and holds self-accountable for assigned work. Focus on critical deliverables and high priority assignments, owns a sense of urgency and prioritizations. _
- _Team worker, you actively participate in team meetings, supports team goals and objectives, build solid working relationship that enhance collaboration and cooperation within interdepartmental organization, you adapt and contribute to business needs showing flexibility and business acumen._
- _ Characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, as well as a structured, proactive, detailed oriented and efficient way of working. You have a communicative, open, pragmatic, personality who has a "hands-on" mentality and likes to work in a team._

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience of 1-3 years in a customer support position and/or with customer service administration. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
