Chief Accountant

For hotel management company we are hiring a **Chief Accountant - Management Controll/Junior CFO.**

**Posizione**:
**Functions**:

- Coordination, review and management of the full accounting, administrative and tax cycle of two Hotels (one in Firenze and one in Forte dei Marmi) day to day.
- Daily and weekly control of compliance with the obligations of the assigned accountants in each hotel under their management, coordinating any matter related to them.
- Carrying out the monthly reporting under USALI of the hotels assigned in its management.
- Coordination and control of the established Deadlines.
- Advice on the management and coordination of the Capex of the hotels.
- Preparation, control, and monitoring of monthly Cash-Flows.
- Help and support in the implementation of Reporting systems.
- Support in the start-up of the accounting/administration department of future new managed hotels.
- Analysis of the variations of P&L and established KPI's.
- Carrying out and control of the annual Budgets and the monthly Rolling forecast of the hotels.
- Coordination of 3 employees

**Requisiti**:
**Profile**
- Experience over 5 years in previous described tasks
- Experience in the hotel sector (not less than one year) and reporting under the USALI standard
- Knowledge of the specific KPI's of the sector
- Knowledge of having worked with ERPs
- Experience in Fairmass and/or other reporting system
- Full command of Italian and English or Spanish
- Availability to travel
- Request availability as soon as possible and in any case no later than mid September 2023
- Work place: Florence
