- We have an opportunity for a** Pharmacokinetics Researcher **to join our **Global R&D department** in **Rome**.

The resource will be involved in the development of new molecules acting at CNS level (mainly anti-seizure medication, but also Major Depression and Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia).

The resource will also take part to the development of the pediatric investigational plans, where applicable.

Capabilities:

- Appropriately design and revise of clinical trial protocols concerning the PK aspects.
- Perform full PK analysis (e.g., aimed at bioequivalence assessment) via Phoenix WinNonlin.
- Critically monitoring clinical trials outsourced at external CROs.
- Knowing how to theoretically and practically perform modelling simulations (e.g., PK/PD, Pop-PK, PBPK).
- Interpret drug absorption, metabolism, distribution and elimination properties.

**Requirements**:

- Ph.D. Bioengineering and Bioinformatics or assimilated.
- Degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Phoenix WinNonlin and NLME (or other commonly used tools for modelling and simulation scope, e.g.: Nonmem, Monolix, R).
