**Loyalty**
Join us in our Loyalty team and you will support Loyalty Platform engagement coordinator and Platform content supervisor in the following activities.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Support the design and implementation of all online engagement activities to ensure that the bonding & advocacy experience of IQOS will be positive and enhance brand loyalty.
- Support the Loyalty Team across the preparation of Loyalty contents, DEM including image collation, copy correcting, ordering artwork, briefing agencies.
- Lead brief for agencies to design loyalty experience and initiatives, omnichannel promotions and Campaigns (User Generated Contents, Rewards Catalogue, Referral Program UX, Platform UX).
- Monitor Program Initiatives and KPI
- Collaborate with other teams to collect data and share results

**Who we’re looking for**:

- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or related background
- Fluent in English and in Italian
- Good ability in using all Office tools
- Strong communication skills
- Great flexibility and ability to prioritize

**What’s ‘nice to have’**:

- A previous experience in a Digital & Marketing department will be considered a plus
- Problem Solving and Customer orientation
- Ability to work both alone and in a team
- Quick learning capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit
- Attitude to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines

**Type of contract: Internship of 6 months length**

**Work location: Rome**

Philip Morris Italia is one of the two Italian affiliates of Philip Morris International, a leading company in the tobacco and nicotine market. With almost 1000 employees, it is engaged in the commercialization of smoke-free products in Italy.

Requisiti:
