We are currently looking for an Automotive Helpdesk Agent Coordinator to take care of customer queries and assist on billing claims for our client.

**What will you be doing on a daily basis?**
- Serve as the single point of contact for Fleet Central Billing(Dealers, OEM, Fleets, MSX);
- Provide assistance and support for incoming queries related to questions for FCB;
- Provide accurate information on Customer’s status/account;
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process;
- Find solutions with the help of process descriptions/manuals;
- Acquire necessary Background Process Knowledge necessary;
- Work closely together with the Fleet Central Billing Project team;
- Record problems/ feedback/ suggestions and pass it on to the Project team;
- Validate, dispute management, billing management, investigation of claims;
- Manage the internal vehicle database;
- Manage Fleet Central Billing invoices;
- Create invoices, manage account reconciliation and required additional administrative tasks.

**Career progression in this role?**

Once you are confident in the position and the process is fully implemented, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Onboarding further agents for further markets;
- Coordinating and processing the agents’ training;
- Single point of contact for all Agents of the project at European level.

**Who are you?**
- Degree in economics or comparable experience in the automotive sector;
- Good knowledge of MS office package;
- Two years of previous experience in a customer support role;
- Previous role in the automotive industry is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of accounting;
- Organizational skills;
- Structured and reliable way of working;
- Excellent good communication skills;
- Good pro-active problem solving skills:

- Language: Fluent Italian and Fluent English

- Rome
- Hybrid 3 + 2
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday
