Our commercial team is seeking a dynamic **EMEA Digital Agronomy Lead** to drive our digital agronomy strategy and execution across the region.
You will define and implement the European sales enablement Digital Agronomy strategy and long-term plans: design the commercial and technical roadmap, create and validate business plan and lead implementation in collaboration with countries and technical teams.
**Your Challenge**:
- Collaborate with the EMEA Digital Lead to define the commercial reach, contribution targets and penetration strategy. Validate with CU and EMEA Leadership and implement in line with local 5 year plan targets.
- Serve as Product Owner and primary driver of Granular Link, our main digital agronomy commercial tool, in coordination with the rest of digital services provided in the region.
- Work together with FS&D teams and external partners to deliver digital agronomy services and tools for countries in an homogeneous, coordinated and scalable way.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments involved in Agronomy and digital Agronomy fields (Agronomy teams, R&D and FS&D Global Teals, BUs, IFS, Country leaders and IT...) in the US, region and countries, when existing.
- Act as the primary contact for the operational implementation of Global Agronomy programs in the Europe, Africa and Middle East region.
- Coordinate agronomy innovation initiatives with countries and scout for initiatives that could add value to Corteva's platforms.
- Explore potential partnerships with startups, innovation labs, universities or research institutes in the marketplace that could be instrumental in adding value to our decision-science based business model.
- Design Proof-of-concepts, small tests using internal and external capabilities.
- Continuously coordinate with and challenge local entities on their needs - establish connections among them, foster synergies.
- Establish processes for validating and supporting country-level innovation in digital agronomy.
- Maintain a census of services and its maintenance through an agreed operational mode.
- Foster company-wide innovation extending beyond agronomy.
- Work within the digital team to coordinate the service platform with other digital activities in order to optimize customer journeys and sales processes.

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- Agronomy background or experience in agronomy and sales processes.
- Master's degree preferred in a relevant field.
- Proven commercial acumen, ability to motivate and influence country local teams to deliver on agreed commercial targets. Minimum 3 years in a commercial role.
- Solid financial knowledge to create and validate sound business plans them with regional management.
- Technical knowledge - able to brief IT resources on digital needs and coordinate projects completion.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams across multiple regions.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in agile methodology, managing the development team to ensure timely, on-scope and on-budget delivery of services.
- Fluent in English, any additional language will be a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence local and global teams driving consensus and providing direction
- Strong Program Management skills.
- Resilience and ability to find innovative solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A must-have international mindset.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel up to 30% is a requirement, presence on the field to support and coach local sales teams.
