Account Assistant

We are looking for a **Account Assistant** to join our HW LABS team.

We will give you the opportunity to assist/cooperate on a great variety of business in Digital Health Innovation area including: project management, strategic thinking, create processes and procedures for ideation, prototyping and production.

**Activities & Main Responsibilities**

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Support the project lead in the execution of the operational project tasks
- Become familiar with basic marketing/innovation concepts and practices
- Manage meeting minutes/contact reports
- Organization & set-up of meetings (int/ext)
- Keep internal team informed of status of all work in progress through preparation of timely and accurate documentation and communications (e.g., reports, schedules, estimates, etc.)
- Monitor weekly team timesheet reports and progress of project burn reports
- Learn key issues related to innovation projects including project management, product launch and 360º marketing support branding, marketing strategy.
- Market Research
- PowerPoint templating

**Qualifications**
- College degree or Masters Level preferred - ideally in communication/marketing
- Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must
- Management of priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Client-oriented and inventive
