Manpower Professional, società di Head Hunting specializzata in profili di Middle Management, è attualmente alla ricerca per realtà cliente, una società leader nel settore logistico con sede a San Giuliano Milanese (MI), di un/a Procurement & Mobility Specialist.

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della Direzione Central Procurement si occuperà della gestione dei fornitori e dei contratti connessi alla mobilità aziendale e quindi principalmente dei fornitori e contratti per noleggio flotta auto a breve e lungo termine, carte carburanti, pedaggi autostradali ed affini con l’obiettivo di creare rapporti di partnership con i fornitori, garantire il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo, introdurre innovazione e generare vantaggi competitivi, il tutto nel pieno rispetto delle normative, dei principi etici e delle policy aziendali. Si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Presidiare e coordinare il ciclo di acquisto relativo alla gestione del parco auto e delle flotte aziendali in tutte le sue fasi, partendo dalla richiesta iniziale per concludersi con la sottoscrizione del contratto. - Relazionarsi con gli stakeholder interni e con i fornitori durante tutte le fasi del processo di acquisto/approvvigionamento, dallo scouting di mercato alle fasi negoziali. - Governare la gestione del parco auto e delle flotte aziendali in ottica di continuo miglioramento ed ottimizzazione dei costi;
- Gestione e negoziazione fornitori;
- Gestione del saving budget, forecast e actual per la gestione del parco auto e delle flotte aziendali;
Si richiede:

- Diploma di ragioneria e/o laurea in Economia o simile;
- Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza pregressa;
- Provate competenze ed esperienza di negoziazione;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel);
- Inglese ottimo, sia scritto che parlato.

- Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità analitiche;
- Flessibilità, doti organizzative, predisposizione al cambiamento e forte propensione al problem solving.
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottime capacità relazionali.
