Area Manager TrivenetoLa ricerca è orientata verso un profilo junior, laureato/diplomato con una breve esperienza di vendita nel territorio del Triveneto.

Anche se non è richiesta una specifica esperienza nel settore B2B per la vendita di prodotti tecnici, è preferibile la provenienza da uno dei seguenti settori destinati al mondo delle costruzioni civili:

- Automazione (cancelli, barriere, ecc.)
- Serramenti
- Ascensori
- Antiintrusione
- Impianti antiincendio
- Condizionamento

Non vi è una preferenza di genere, mentre è richiesta un’età superiore ai 23 anni.

E’ un requisito fondamentale la residenza nella zona di competenza, preferibilmente nell’area di Padova.

Visto il contesto internazionale è richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali strumenti informatici.

Compiti specifici:

- visita a clienti e potenziali clienti del territorio;
- attività di follow up telefonico e di ricerche di mercato;
- raggiungimento del budget assegnato;
- preparazione forecast settimanali;
- analisi del territorio e del mercato nell’area di competenza;
- aggiornamento del CRM aziendale riportando con dettagli i risultati delle visite;
- effettuazione di rilievi tecnici, laddove richiesti;
- collaborazione alla definizione delle strategie commerciali;
- interazione costante con il personale tecnico dell’area.

Completano il profilo le seguenti caratteristiche personali:

- determinazione e orientamento ai risultati;
- curiosità e spirito imprenditoriale;
- facilità nell’instaurare buoni rapporti interpersonali;
- attitudine alla vendita di prodotti a contenuto tecnico;
- capacità di operare in autonomia pianificando la propria attività;
- energia ed entusiasmo;
- disponibilità a viaggiare intensamente ed a brevi trasferte all’estero.
