BIDACHEM è lo stabilimento chimico-farmaceutico specializzato nella produzione di Principi Attivi (“API”), prevalentemente destinati alla formulazione di farmaci del Gruppo Boehringer-Ingelheim. A seguito di una grande richiesta, a livello mondiale, l’azienda si trova in una forte fase di espansione. In questa ottica va ampliata anche la funzione Manutenzione che, insieme alla funzione Ingegneria, serve a garantire sia la continuità che la crescita della manutenzione.
**Attivita’**:
- Essere responsabile, con l’aiuto dei propri collaboratori, dell'efficiente funzionamento del Reparto Manutenzione;
- Assistere l'Ufficio tecnico nello sviluppo di nuove tecnologie di produzione e nel miglioramento dei processi di produzione;
- Garantire l’efficienza delle infrastrutture e delle utilities;
- Guidare il proprio team, incentivandone la crescita e le migliori prestazioni;
- Gestire l'implementazione del programma di Manutenzione preventiva, in collaborazione con il Responsabile Servizi Tecnici;
- Programmare le attività di manutenzione preventiva;
- Seguire e gestire la manutenzione programmata;
- Garantire che tutti i lavori siano eseguiti in linea con gli standard aziendali ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) e allineati con la Direttiva Seveso e le leggi italiane in materia di Salute e Sicurezza;
- Garantire che tutte le linee guida Corporate sulla manutenzione siano eseguite e implementate;
- Garantire che gli interventi di taratura e manutenzione strumentale sia implementato e mantenuto correttamente;
- Garantire l'implementazione delle Buone Pratiche di Documentazione in tutte le proprie attività;
- Osservare e far rispettare le norme e le misure generali e specifiche di sicurezza prescritte per l'esecuzione dei lavori;
- Gestire correttamente il budget OpEx;
- Garantire l'aggiornamento della documentazione técnica relativa agli impianti tecnologici; Garantire l'aggiornamento del magazzino di manutenzione ricambi.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica / Ingegneria Chimica
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come Manager Manutenzione in produzione API
- Conoscenza ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), della Direttiva Seveso e delle Leggi italiane in materia di Salute e Sicurezza
- Ottima conoscenza degli impianti meccanici e elettici
- Inglese scritto e parlato livello B1-2
- Ottima conoscenza Pachetto Office e SAP (modulo Manutenzione)
