**Ricerchiamo**:
PLANNING & PROCUREMENT

La risorsa, inserita nella Business Unit Climatizzazione, fungerà da supporto nelle principali attività di Planning & Procurement. Responsabile di una linea di prodotto parteciperà al planning meeting per la definizione dei volumi di vendita e in base a questi definirà i livelli di inventory e inserirà gli ordini di acquisto, monitorandone costantemente l’andamento.

**Nello specifico si occuperà di**:
Collaborare con il responsabile e con il Demand Planner nell’inserimento dei piani di vendita /creazione dei piani di acquisto, svolgendo studi di fattibilità sugli stessi, presidiando la creazione degli ordini d’acquisto e assicurandone la trasmissione alle fabbriche, anche agendo da focal point per le relative richieste, nonché presidiando il mantenimento dei livelli di stock previsti dai piani di vendita;
Garantire l’implementazione e l’esecuzione delle attività programmate nel piano di supply chain attraverso la pianificazione delle consegne, il rilascio degli ordini verso le fabbriche, il coordinamento con le fabbriche per la verifica dello stato della produzione e per l’invio delle merci secondo i tempi concordati, nonché assicurando il controllo della presa in carico della merce da parte della logística interna, presidiando altresì la gestione delle richieste intercompany delle Branch europee, nel rispetto dei livelli di servizio stabiliti e la minimizzazione dei costi logistici;
Assicurare la corretta gestione delle attività amministrative a sistema, presidiando l’aggiornamento dell’anagráfica prodotto, anche agendo da key user, nonché assicurando la condivisione degli aggiornamenti agli stakeholder rilevanti all’interno dell’organizzazione;
Garantire le attività relative alla gestione amministrativa del ciclo passivo degli ordini, gestendo l’approvvigionamento di materiale attraverso il rapporto costante con le fabbriche e i fornitori, nonché mantenendo aggiornati i listini d’acquisto, raccogliendo le informazioni provenienti dalle fabbriche e inserendole a sistema al fine di creare i Purchase Orders, nel rispetto delle scadenze concordate.

**Requisiti richiesti**:
Diploma tecnico commerciale o ragioneria e/o cultura equivalente;
Pregressa esperienza nella mansione;
Buona conoscenza del gestionale SAP;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/B2).

**Offriamo**:
Offriamo contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi in azienda. Sono inoltre previsti ticket da 8€ e copertura sanitaria integrativa.

**Orario di lavoro**:
Full time dal lunedì al venerdì con flessibilità dalle 8.30 alle 9.30. Smartworking fino a 3 giorni a settimana.
