Andersen è alla ricerca di un professionista da inserire all’interno del proprio dipartimento fiscale per lo svolgimento di attività di consulenza IVA e imposte indirette, sia con riferimento alla consulenza fiscale ordinaria che in relazione a progetti specifici nell’ambito di operazioni straordinarie, presso la sede di Roma.

Nello specifico il collaboratore si occuperà, con particolare focus in ambito **IVA e imposte indirette,** di:

- attività di ricerca e predisposizione di pareri e memo
- consulenza fiscale ordinaria
- consulenza in materia di fiscalità internazionale e operazioni transfrontaliere
- attività di tax due diligence e supporto fiscale nelle operazioni di M&A

Requisiti richiesti:

- laurea in Economia e spiccato interesse per le materie giuridiche, in special modo diritto tributario e diritto societario, con focus sull’IVA e sulle imposte indirette.
- costituirà titolo preferenziale l’aver conseguito l’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione oltre che una precedente esperienza in materia di consulenza continuativa (es., dichiarazioni e adempimenti ordinari)
- intenzione di approfondire e specializzarsi nel settore IVA e imposte indirette
- motivazione ed entusiasmo per la professione
- spirito di iniziativa, ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
- ottima padronanza della lingua inglese
- graditi master di specializzazione in diritto tributario e precedente esperienza in studi legali internazionali e big4
