We are looking for **brilliant students **with a strong passion for **Automotive and Technology** sectors and the right motivation to take on a 6 month** curricular Internship **in a **dynamic** and **international** context based in our Learning & Development team at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

- Creation of learning content for eLearning courses: content, graphical elements and user mechanics (UX/UI)
- Design and proposal of mockups of virtual learning environments and study of their implementation in LMS platforms
- Definition of training needs and subsequent design
- Management of the learning platform with courses implementation
- Study of new training modes with eLearning content and hybrid classroom management

**In order to meet these targets, you will need**:

- Enrolled in a degree or ITS in Design, Information Technology, Psychology, Psychological Sciences for Training and Professional Development, Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology, DAMS, Digital Humanities and Knowledge, Visual Arts and Audiovisual Production
- Adobe suite knowledge (basic to advanced user on Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AfterEffects)
- Basics of 3D Software, modelling and animation, CAD as a plus (Blender, 3DStudioMax, Autocad or other software)
- Unity (with basics of C#) will be considered as a plusKnowledge of the main training and tutoring techniques will be considered as a plus
- Hand drawing and sketching for storyboarding as a plus
- Good knowledge of English, German will be a plus
