We are looking for a brilliant and motivated Market Development Agronomist all crops who will be responsible for developing solutions focusing on technical product positioning to support Bayer’s portfolio of crop protection, biologics, New Business Model and Digital to deliver relevant value propositions and tailored solutions for customers in the respective territory.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Execute field-scale testing programs to define tailored solutions, combining strategic priorities (of CPSM and GCM) with territory needs;
- Ensure knowledge transfer by aligning with sales and marketing, including technical training, field demonstrations, and data to achieve business objectives;
- Provide technical information on crop protection products to sales and marketing teams.
- Advocate, communicate and provide technical support on weed and crop management strategy and other crop protection product management initiatives.
- Develop a strong relationship with relevant stakeholders, with a focus on: Key officials/technical opinion leaders/universities/food chain who have a role in product evaluation and recommendation
- Engage with stakeholders through joint trial visits, trial reports/technical trial results through dedicated sessions and meetings; ensure that the Bayer Crop Protection portfolio is included in the most relevant positive list (public and private)
- Maintain a constant attitude for transformation and change, with a strategic mindset that includes a lateral view of the business, products, and key partners

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Master’s degree in agriculture field with 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in agriculture field with 7 year of experience or agricultural high school with 15 year experience in Agriculture Business, Field Development or in R&D
- Excellent understanding of crop production, agronomy, and Crop Protection solutions for relevant crops
- Good knowledge of territory of reference and of agricultural business landscape
- Communicate and showcase key customer tailored solutions
- Italian Fluency is mandatory
- English language knowledge is recommended
- Digital attitude and IT skills.
