Our R&D, Quality and Purchasing Area is looking for a In Process Quality Control Trainee in order to support the quality, food safety and aesthetics of the finished product in the production area and ensure adherence to the Technical Specification/Quality Standard of the raw material for packaging material and food raw material.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Support to the Production Area for quality problems or technical problems that can reduce the quality of the finished product;
- Control the correct implementation of quality assurance standards in production area;
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry requirements;
- Redact “not compliance” in the incoming area (packaging and food) and in the production area;
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Office to investigate customer complaints and not-compliance issues;
**Requirements**:

- Master's Degree student or Degree in Food Science and Technology
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI and database): intermediate level
- QA/GMP (concepts and methodologies) basic level
- Flexibility, proactivity and teamworking skills
- English knowledge: B1/B2 level
- Strong propensity for listening, attention to details and analytical skills
