We are seeking a professional like you to provide all analytical support for customer service, developmental projects and supervising all regulatory programs.

- Your strong commitment to providing accurate and timely information to key customers will be critical as you ensure analysis and samples are done correctly so responses can be sent back to customers, ensure proper systems are in place (e.g., tracking samples, response times), and collaborating with other regions to develop and share best practices.
- Your pledge to quality customer service will be a valued asset as you provide analytical services for internal and external customers including qualitative information on **CISME** products.
- Maintaining a safe working environment, you will be responsible for managing the safety program for the technical group, and serve as the responsible party during internal and external audits.
- You will be relied on to manage customer-related projects including, but not limited to, working with the Technical Leader to define project scopes and detailed action plans, develop methods for evaluation, perform test work, and present project results to the Technical Group.
