**Job Description Summary**: Il tecnico di manutenzione esegue la manutenzione preventiva del macchinario, interviene in caso di guasto dei macchinari e degli impianti, utilizza i sistemi informatici per la ricerca e selezione ricambi e schemi elettrici e meccanici e fornisce supporto ad imprese esterne ed ai tecnici delle aziende costruttrici dei macchinari.

**Attività e compiti**
- Eseguire la manutenzione preventiva del macchinario, utilizzando schede di ispezione e check list
- Intervenire in caso di guasto dei macchinari e degli impianti elettromeccanici e meccanici, ricercando il guasto stesso e facendone la diagnosi per determinarne le cause e le azioni correttive
- Utilizzare i sistemi informatici per la ricerca e selezione ricambi e schemi elettrici e meccanici
- Il tecnico di manutenzione fornisce supporto ad imprese esterne ed ai tecnici delle aziende costruttrici dei macchinari

**Qualifiche/Requisiti**:

- Diploma di Scuola Superiore
- Conoscenza dei macchinari tradizionali ed a controllo numerico e dei macchinari/impianti per processi quali sabbiatrici, elettroerosioni, forni, processi galvanici
- Capacità di lettura e conoscenza del disegno tecnico, conoscenza delle tolleranze lineari e di tipo geometrico
- Conoscenza dei collegamenti elettrici, pneumatici e idraulici
- Logiche di funzionamento del CNC
- Conoscenza di sistemi automatici quali plc, diagnostica macchina
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura
- Conoscenza dei cuscinetti e di componenti meccanici
- Italiano fluente scritto e parlato
- Conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico base
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra
- Disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni e/o nel weekend
- Visto di lavoro in conformità con la normativa locale
