** Your Role**: The PR & Event planner will support the site manager in various administrative and operational tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Organize site visits and conduct tours of the warehouse;
- Assist the site manager with administrative tasks and generate reports;
- Liaise with the PR and marketing team in Milan;
- Support the HR function as needed;
- Assist in planning and coordinating events related to the logistics site;
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred;
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar industrial environment or in the tourism/events planning sectors;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate fluently in English;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred;
- Very good soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, and customer service;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
