**CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - IMPIANTI TECNOLOGICI**:
**Sei la persona giusta se**:
Hai maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell’ambito di progetti di realizzazione di impianti tecnologici, elettrici e speciali, preferibilmente in ambito opere infrastrutturali;
Possiedi approfondite conoscenze sulle normative relative agli impianti tecnologici (elettrici, speciali) e relative alla sicurezza in cantiere;
Hai conseguito un Diploma di Perito Tecnico (meccanico, elettronico, elettrotecnico, ecc.) e/o una Laurea in Ingegneria;
Hai famigliarità con strumenti informatici come Microsoft Office (Excel e Project), Autocad e Primus.
Sei disponibile a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

**Ti occuperai di**:
Assicurare la realizzazione delle opere e dei lavori in cantiere nel rispetto dei parametri temporali, economici e tecnico-operativi previsti da contratto;
Curare le relazioni con le interfacce operative del Cliente;
Coordinare le attività degli Assistenti Tecnici assegnati gestendo le priorità lavorative in accordo con la linea di Project Management e/o direttamente con il Cliente;
Garantire la corretta allocazione delle risorse di cui è responsabile (umane, mezzi, strumenti/attrezzature, materiali, fornitori);
Programmare e segnalare al Manager di riferimento il fabbisogno di personale e le skill necessarie nonché eventuali necessità di formazione del personale assegnato;
Fornire e consegnare puntualmente la contabilità dei lavori (SAL);
Garantire la corretta applicazione delle norme relative alla qualità, sicurezza e ambiente secondo le deleghe ricevute.
