**Position**

We are looking for a **SENIOR HEAD OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY** who, in line with the values, mission, and policies of the global movement, will promote technological innovation to support the organization's strategy for the Italian section (operational structure and activism) and ensure the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure and digital services in an environment with adequate cybersecurity parameters. The role includes the following responsibilities and activities:

- Development and implementation of digital innovation projects and systems integration to support the organization's growth in terms of efficiency and impact.
- Defining a long-term strategic plan for the evolution (virtualization) and enhancement of IT infrastructure in line with the global movement's orientations and industry best practices.
- Supervision and maintenance of hardware devices, including servers, routers, switches, and storage devices to ensure optimal and reliable IT infrastructure functioning.
- Providing IT support to resolve daily technical issues of staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing technology training, and offering assistance with IT tools and systems.
- Optimal management of the cloud environment on the Microsoft platform, including Azure and Office365, integrating with the global movement's strategies to ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud services and compliance with privacy and data security regulations.
- Implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the organization's sensitive data and digital assets, focusing on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Preparing and updating documentation and policies, particularly those aimed at promoting security and digitalization.
- Collaboration with the International Movement, acting as a point of contact for technological issues, ensuring optimal collaboration, effective communication, and sharing best practices in digitalization.
- Actively contributing to centers of excellence at the International Movement level to share best practices, resources, and lessons learned to promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge exchange among IT teams of different national sections.
- Promoting a culture of innovation and technological advancement within the Italian section, facilitating team training and development, and encouraging the adoption of new cutting-edge solutions and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree, preferably in IT, ideally followed by a Master's in ICT.
- At least ten years of professional experience in IT management roles within structured organizations or consulting firms.
- Experience managing technological transformation projects with strategic impact for organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of English (B2) and Italian.
