Want to see your ideas have an impact? As a Key Account Manager with Rinaldini, you’ll have the freedom to build relationships that drive results. As a Key Account Manager you will manage key clients belonging to different sales channels, playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

Achieving P&L objectives (Net revenue-trade investment, Gross margin) managing categories and client mix
Providing customer sales forecast continuously monitored using sell-in/out analysis and trends combined with product, brands, market and retailer activity
Maximizing sales developing channels, customers and distribution with clear focus on profitable growth
Offering new product launch plans
Defining the promotional plan and Rinaldini top priorities in line with the activities along with the Trade Marketing and customized for the needs of the customer
Identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability in the management of categories
Building a strong relation with customer to increase partnership and sharing of the objectives that can be achieved together
Managing a small team of sales agents

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics or similar
- Min 5 years of cross functional experience in Account Management, Field/Sales in both HO.RE.CA and G.D.O
- Management of International customer would be a strong plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory (C 1 or above)
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
