Job Description:
Position Overview:
This position will have the main responsibility to manage and support the personnel assigned to testing and calibration - finishing and painting department.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine production progress control and verification of the correct execution of the standard work and work procedures;

Defining procedures and assembly tables;

Check of the department’s technical documentation;

employee training and training monitoring;

Department equipment management

Control of times and production methods;

Support engineering department for the technical changes and support to the quality control function;

Support in activities and projects related to safety in production;

Manage the testing and calibration of the machines: according to the planned sequence;

respecting and keeping up to date the process standards;

Promptly identify any anomalies in the behavior of the machine and solve them together

to the team.

Record any anomalies in the "Quality Gate" of the testing / calibration.

Management and standardization of the testing / calibration phases of machines and related accessories.

Technical support for troubleshooting both the electrical part and programming of machine control devices

Qualifications & Experience Required

Mechanical education

Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, programming of rough terrain crane control systems.

English language (requirement not necessary for the role, but considered a plus).
