**Le tue mansioni**
- Coordinare le attività di pulizia, pianificando e distribuendo gli interventi di riassetto delle camere
- Ispezionare le camere e le aree pubbliche dopo la pulizia, per garantire il rispetto degli standard più elevati
- Identificare e segnalare eventuali problemi di manutenzione e oggetti di proprietà mancanti o danneggiati
- Rispondere alle richieste degli ospiti e della reception
- Elaborare report su arrivi, partenze e camere libere pronte

**Le nostre aspettative**
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in hotel 5*, idealmente di catene internazionali
- La conoscenza del sistema Opera e dell’inglese costituiscono competenze vantaggiose
- Un atteggiamento cordiale e orientato alle persone
- Attitudine fortemente orientata al lavoro di squadra
- Un talento naturale nel prestare attenzione ai più piccoli dettagli
- Una visione positiva e una personalità estroversa
- Abilità di pianificazione, coaching, delega e di organizzazione di gruppi di lavoro
- Un'esperienza pregressa nella supervisione di un team sarebbe un grande vantaggio
