**Supply Chain Administrative specialist**

Il lavoro

Gestire tutte le attività amministrative relative all'ufficio filiera per assicurare la puntuale consegna dei lotti prodotti da fatturare all'ufficio contabile. Per gestire gli ordini di acquisto relativi al reparto SC.

Il profilo è in grado di:
Essere responsabile dell'accurata registrazione dei documenti di trasporto e del processo interaziendale nel sistema D365 per i prodotti Lutathera e PSMA
- Essere il primo contatto con i reparti contabili per seguire la creazione di nuovi clienti nel sistema D365
- Gestire gli ordini di acquisto relativi alla catena di approvvigionamento in D365
- Preparazione e generazione di documenti amministrativi
- Altre attività amministrative a sostegno del team.
- Gestire gli ordini internazionali e il loro inserimento nel sistema ROMA, D365 e 3Agest in caso di necessità
