Per azienda di logística con know-how specializzato nella gestione coordinata del vettore ferroviario, stradale e marittimo e focalizzata sulla gestione di servizi di trasporto intermodale merci-unità di carico, stiamo selezionando una persona con esperienza specifica per il ruolo di Procurement e Service Design.
L’azienda è impegnata a garantire un servizio di ricerca continua della qualità sapendo rispondere ai cambiamenti, alle spinte del mercato e ad un alto tasso di competitività. Negli ultimi anni è stata capace di allargare le proprie conoscenze e opportunità di business alle dinamiche complesse della supply-chain mantenendo qualità e rispetto di standard etici, trasparenza e di riducendo l’impatto sull’ambiente.

Il procurement ha un ruolo strategico in azienda, in quanto punto di contatto con i fornitori. Il ruolo di Procurement e Service Design ha il compito di provvedere alle richieste di quotazioni ad hoc per i servizi richiesti dai clienti e garantire la migliore soluzione técnica possibile occupandosi di tutte le varie fasi.

**Responsibilities**

Le principali attività del Responsabile Procurement e Service Design sono:

- Supervisionare e coordinare il Team Service Design
- Fissare requisiti, svolgere ricerche sul mercato e valutare i fornitori, nonché negoziare contratti e gestire il rischio
- Collaborare strettamente con l’Area Sales al fine di recepire le esigenze dei Clienti e ricercare il fornitore più idoneo alla costruzione del servizio;
- Gestire i fornitori coinvolti nella catena del valore del servizio specifico al fine di rispondere alle esigenze dei Clienti;
- Collaborare strettamente l’ente economics e contrattualistica dei servizi ;
- Implementare e coordinare, in stretta collaborazione con l’area TQM, le procedure e il flusso di comunicazione che coinvolga tutti gli attori;
- Supportare técnicamente nei progetti, alle simulazioni e alla costruzione del di soluzioni di digitalizzazione collaborazione con il team Total Quality Management.

**Your Profile**

Caratteristiche profilo:

- percorso di laurea, preferenziale in ingegneria gestionale, dei trasporti o similari
- esperienza in società che opera nel settore spedizioni intermodale
- indispensabile la conoscenza del mondo treno-trasporti
- preferenziale un’esperienza maturata nel procurement
- esperienza di gestione team di lavoro.

Completano il profilo: orientamento all’obiettivo e al servizio cliente, correttezza, ottime doti relazionali, incisività.
