Reporting directly to the SCS Manager, the job holder manages the F&B\/Shops ordering process ensuring excellence of service and smooth operations.
- Good understanding of supply chain activities and best practices.
- Flexibility and proven ability to prioritize and follow-up.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business operating systems.
- Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage.

1. In line with Procurement procedures and following the SCS Managers’ guidelines, the SCS Operator is in charge of F&B or Shops order management and related activities.

**Core activities**:

- Ensures orders execution by processing products requests.
- Maintains direct contact with suppliers and supervises P.O. issuing and confirmation by suppliers.
- Searches for F&B products when not available from contracted suppliers.
- Manages discrepancy activities and related issues.
- Collects data for SCS reporting activities.
- Notifies all relevant anomalies to the SCS Manager.

2.Liases with other areas of the business to align common actions and goals in order to support supply chain initiatives whilst achieving procurement targets.

**Core activities**:

- Works with other Company functional areas to ensure product delivery to MSC vessels and Warehouses, while suggesting process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with Purchasing, Logistics Planning and Product & Project departments to finalize the adequate products ordering process.
- Liaises with onboard staff to ensure efficient ordering and loading operations.
