As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Regional Sales Manager for Banking and Payment Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Italy and Southern Europe. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and professional service departments to ensure the successful reach your sales goals. Your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and financial services sectors to promote our innovative solutions and increase our market presence in Italy and Southern Europe.
**Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to (over)achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in Italy and Southern Europe.
- Identify potential customers, create a robust pipeline, and convert leads into successful deals.
- Work with marketing and (channel) partners to create new opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capitalize on opportunities and address potential threats effectively.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Regularly visit key existing partners/customers, actively involved in the recruitment of key new partners_._

**Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language**
- Extensive years of experience in sales, quota driven role selling eBanking / Payment or IAM solutions.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience leading a technical sales team with a quota.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or another related field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to manage time effectively in order to optimize productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; active listening.
- Proven ability in Storytelling and excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office products, such as MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent English and Italian, knowledge of Spanish, French, and any other Southern-European language are a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing deals, and building strong customer relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of the banking and payment industry in Italy and Southern Europe, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience selling cloud-based security products.
- Working in high paced sales environments
- University Degree
