Manufacturing Manager

As part of our Sourcing & Manufacturing service, this position will report to the Manufacturing & Sourcing Director by managing all the activities concerning our production units in Italy (Rovetta - BG) and Slovakia (Velký Krtíš).

**Main activities & accountabilities**:

- Plan, organize and optimize the processes in our manufacturing units in Italy and Slovakia, on the base of market needs
- Coordinate and monitor the production, maintenance, logistic, quality and HR
- Optimize the machinery use with the aim to improve efficiency, products quality and ensuring the costs control
- Manage raw materials procurement and the coordination with suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics or similar
- A previous experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Good Knowledge of merceology and production cycles
- Expertise in Human Resources management and production problem-solving
- Strong project and time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to act as team player and cooperate with internal and external cross-functional groups (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Marketing)

- Willingness to travel frequently to Italy (Rovetta - BG) and abroad (Velký Krtíš - SK)
