**Attività**

La posizione è inserita all'interno della Direzione Sistemi Informativi.
L'ambito è quello del sistema informatico che supporta la progettazione/produzione/service, la cosiddetta piattaforma di PLM - Product Lifecycle Management, ovvero il sistema gestionale, che unisce CAD e altri strumenti, che i progettisti, i produttivi e i tecnici di assistenza utilizzano per gestire le informazioni e i dati tecnici dei nostri prodotti (dai disegni e modelli 3D, alle distinte, dalle caratteristiche fisiche, ai cicli produttivi, fino alla qualità dei prodotti e alla loro manutenzione sul campo).

Il PLM Specialist:

- si interfaccia con i diversi uffici, per l’analisi delle nuove richieste e di nuovi processi
- garantisce lo sviluppo e la manutenzione evolutiva della piattaforma PLM, attraverso le personalizzazioni che si rendono necessarie per le specificità dei processi MARPOSS
- gestisce gli applicativi specifici interfacciati con il PLM
- contribuisce al supporto e formazione degli utenti
- gestisce i rapporti con i fornitori esterni
- in futuro parteciperà ai progetti di roll-out nelle aziende del Gruppo MARPOSS

Potranno essere richieste brevi trasferte presso le sedi del Gruppo in Italia, in Europa o nel resto del mondo, a seguito delle attività di roll-out.

**Requisiti**

Il profilo è indirizzato a Ingegneri meccatronici. gestionali, informatici, con una iniziale esperienza in ambito PLM WIndchill, in particolare con conoscenza degli aspetti di customizing.
In particolare, sono richieste:

- capacità e soprattutto interesse allo sviluppo di software applicativo
- capacità di analisi dei processi aziendali, in particolare quelli che gravitano intorno alla progettazione meccanica, impiantistica, elettrica, fino al software
- capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione
- capacità di analisi e di sintesi, creatività, problem solving
- capacità di lavorare in gruppo e disponibilità al confronto
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
