Il nostro cliente è una realtà produttiva - manifatturiera nata negli anni '50, affermata sul mercato di riferimento e nota sul territorio.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, riportando al manager delle operations ed interfacciando commerciale ed ufficio acquisti si occuperà di:

- Eseguire il lancio in produzione delle commesse, schedulando i piani di lavoro e di consegna
- Commissionare e gestire le lavorazioni esterne
- Monitorare l'avanzamento delle commesse gestendo eventuali emergenze
- Monitorare l'effettivo approvvigionamento di materiali e attrezzature
- Analizzare le efficienze produttive, calcolando i KPI interni e identificando margini di miglioramento

**Requisiti**:
In particolare:

- Ha consuetudine con l'utilizzo di un sistema MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Sa muoversi in autonomia nella gestione delle commesse
- Sa gestire imprevisti e rimodulazione delle priorità tipici del "make to order"
- E' contraddistinto/a da spiccate doti analitiche, proattività e problem solving
