CRIF is an innovative international Group specialized in IT solutions, decision systems, outsourcing, banking software and consulting services; our clients are mainly finance companies, insurance companies, utilities and enterprises and we support them in each step of their relations with their customers. In order to develop our company we look for:
**APPLICATION ANALYST**

CRIF Group is looking for Application Analysts to be involved in the different departments in Finance and No Finance field.

**Responsibilities**
- Tracking and reporting on project milestones ensuring deadlines are met;
- Understand, innovate and collect the business needs of internal and external clients working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors and clients in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes;
- Manage the envisioning process of new products and services whenever the business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario;
- Manage the functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document and other project related documents;
- Supervise test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testing;
- Participation to the pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to prospect clients;
- Assessing prospect’s business needs and identify/define the optimal business proposal on the basis of the available solution;
- Supervise the preparation, contribution and documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis / preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis);
- Leading training sessions for end users.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering;
- Negotiation, communication and team working skills;
- Business Process Redesign and Workflow Design capabilities;
- Experience in processes and solutions in credit and banking field;
- Proven experience in projects focused on analysis and delivery of IT solutions to customers;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong technical aptitude, knowledge of principles of both web and digital technologies;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Team working and team management skills;
- Willingness to travel.

The position workplace is Varignana (Castel San Pietro Terme).
