La risorsa sarà inserita nella Business Unit Private Label, e supporterà il team nella gestione delle attività di Customer Service e back office.

Il ruolo prevede il contatto costante con i clienti ed i fornitori e la gestione del processo di vendita e post vendita dell’azienda: ricezione, controllo ed evasione degli ordini, inclusa la relativa documentazione e fatturazione, aggiornamento anagrafiche clienti e fornitori, inserimento ordini a gestionale, note di credito, gestione dei reclami, archiviazione documenti e reportistica, gestione spedizioni via mare e via terra, interfaccia con gli spedizionieri, con la produzione, con l’ufficio commerciale, attività di supporto al Project Manager e alla logística.

Ricerchiamo una persona che possieda ottime capacità relazionali, puntualità di esecuzione e precisione, capacita di lavorare in Team, proattività, determinazione, dinamicità. Seppur minime conoscenze amministrative e contabili costituiranno un plus.

E’ necessario avere un’ ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
Fondamentale la conoscenza approfondita della lingua inglese. Molto apprezzati la conoscenza del tedesco e dell'inglese

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
