Per la nostra Business Unit Circular Economy, che presidia il mercato ambientale lungo tutta la catena del valore, ricerchiamo, nell'ambito della Direzione Environmental Operations, una figura con competenze di Project Manager che sia in grado di:
- supportare la Direzione commerciale nella redazione delle offerte per la partecipazione a gare relative alla esecuzione dei Monitoraggi Ambientali per le grandi opere infrastrutturali;
- gestire commesse di monitoraggio ambientale di particolare rilevanza come interfaccia cliente per la gestione del contratto, avvalendosi del supporto dei PM individuati dalla Direzione Environmental Operations;
- supportare i PM ed i responsabili delle Operations nella gestione delle commesse di Monitoraggio Ambientale per le grandi opere di competenza.
La risorsa principalmente dovrà occuparsi di:
- elaborare le offerte tecniche su attivazione ed indicazioni operative della Direzione commerciale, in collaborazione con il Mestiere Testing per la definizione delle modalità di esecuzione dei campionamenti e della analisi per le attività di monitoraggio;
- supportare ed indirizzare i PM delle Operations nella gestione ed organizzazione delle attività di monitoraggio ambientale, valutando la definizione di specifici KPI.
I requisiti ricercati sono i seguenti:
- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ambito di gestione commesse multidisciplinari di grandi dimensioni (preferibilmente in ambito di monitoraggi, analisi e servizi ambientali)
- Problem solving e buone doti comunicative
- Ottime capacità di team working, di pianificazione e di coordinamento risorse
- Capacità di analisi e conoscenza della lingua inglese completano il profilo.
