- **JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
- Devise long-term development strategies for product categories and determine where products fit in the market.
- Demand forecasting: Anticipate consumer needs.
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
- Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
- Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands.
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Extensive experience in understanding consumer needs, possess a commercial mindset, and have a strong grasp of marketing and sales principles.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to drive cost-effective deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Self-organized, result oriented, can-do attitude, ambitious and humble.
- Knowledge of the OTC/consumer health sector.
- Fluency in English and in Italian.

- Location: Milan
- Flexible work/home office (3 days in the office and 2 from home)
