**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative and creative plating techniques to enhance the visual appeal of our dishes.
- Work closely with the culinary team to conceptualize and execute visually captivating plate presentations.
- Ensure that each dish is beautifully plated, reflecting our commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create seasonal and themed menus, incorporating artistic plating techniques.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff in proper plating techniques and presentation standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in food plating and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Plating Specialist, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality establishment.
- Strong artistic and creative skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of food plating techniques and the ability to create visually appealing presentations.
- Passion for culinary innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Food safety and sanitation certification is preferred.
